Bojan Nisevic, representative of the company Wolfinne, successfully completed the international management program Fit4Austria Management-Course, held from March 10 to June 5, 2025. The program was organized by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich – WKO) and WIFI International, with support from the Innovation Center Banja Luka (ICBL) and the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska (RARS).
The program consisted of two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical sessions were held at the ICBL premises in Banja Luka, led by expert lecturers from Austria. Key topics included international brand management, marketing strategy, risk management, as well as business communication and intercultural negotiation skills.
After passing the final exam before the WIFI Austria committee with 54 out of 60 points and a rating of “very good success”, the participants traveled to Austria for the practical part of the training. During the stay in Vienna, participants had the opportunity to apply their knowledge, meet Austrian entrepreneurs, and present the potential of their companies.
We extend special thanks to the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Austria, and especially to Mr. Mladen Filipović, director of the Representation, who made a tremendous contribution to the success of this program. His openness, organizational support, and dedication to facilitating meetings with Austrian businesspeople left a strong impression. The networking dinner organized by the Representation was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and connect with potential partners in a warm and professional atmosphere.
We also thank the ICBL Innovation Center Banja Luka, which provided outstanding support during the educational part in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as WKO and WIFI International, whose high-quality program and hospitality in Austria deserve every commendation.
Participation in the Fit4Austria program marks an important step in Wolfinne’s international growth. In addition to acquiring new knowledge, the program enabled meaningful connections that will contribute to future business development, both in the DACH region and beyond. This initiative once again proves how crucial international cooperation and investment in knowledge are for an IT company striving to remain competitive in the European market.
